Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Term and Renewal

Service Pro Plan Monthly Memberships with Service Pros Air Conditioning & Plumbing (“Service Pros”) shall automatically renew for successive one (1) month terms unless canceled by the Member or terminated by Service Pros.

Service Pro Plan One-Year Memberships are prepaid and do not automatically renew. At the conclusion of the applicable term, Members may be offered the option to renew at the then-current rate.

Service Pros reserves the right to terminate automatically renewing Monthly Memberships following two (2) consecutive months of non-payment. 


2. Member Information Updates

The Member understands and agrees they are required to notify Service Pros of any changes to the Member’s name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, or credit card, bank, or other payment account information. 


3. Membership Benefits and Restrictions

The Service Pro Plan Membership entitles the Member to certain benefits, which may include priority service and discounted pricing. Service Pros may attempt to contact the Member via email, mail, or telephone to schedule maintenance services; however, the Member may also contact Service Pros directly to schedule appointments.

Membership benefits are non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of Membership benefits is non-refundable.

The “No $ Goes to Waste Guarantee” is valid and redeemable only while the Member maintains continuous and uninterrupted Service Pro Plan Membership coverage. Any lapse, cancellation, non-renewal, or interruption in Membership coverage, for any reason, shall immediately render the guarantee null and void.

In the event of Membership cancellation prior to the end of the term, any discounts or benefits previously applied may be subject to charge-back. 


4. Billing and Payment Authorization

For automatically renewing Monthly Memberships, the Member authorizes Service Pros to charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis at the rate specified in the Service Pro Plan Membership Agreement until the Membership is canceled.

The initial monthly payment shall be collected at the time of service. Thereafter, recurring monthly charges shall be assessed based on the Membership commencement date as follows:

  • Commencement dates occurring between the 1st and 15th of the month shall be billed no later than the 15th of each month.
  • Commencement dates occurring between the 16th and 31st of the month shall be billed no later than the 30th of each month. 

5. Cancellation
